At the first floor, it is one of leading cafe chains in Ho Chi Minh City - "Passio". For people, who comes to this building the first time, the Direction board will make you think of how active business here is, through a wild range of business fields.

On the way up to our main office on the 4th floor by elevator, there is a Fitness Club. Therefore, sometimes we can accidentally see beautiful and active women training there with light melody.
